B & L Recruitment was formed in 2007 as a result of a MBO by Heather Lavery. The primary focus of the company at this stage was the provision of temporary labour. Soon after the buyout it was decided that a contract cleaning division would be a great addition to the business and this was an immediate success. As part of the company’s growth strategy the business expanded again in 2012 with the addition of the catering and janitorial supplies division. The group now supplies many of the major hospitality venues across Yorkshire.
The three divisions of the group operate with the same ethos, which is to deliver great customer care, utilizing 21 century thinking and technology whilst preserving the old fashioned values of honesty and integrity.
Over the years and as a result of our hard work and ethos we have developed strong longstanding relationships with our valued clients. Most new clients come from recommendations and referrals.
